Track your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email along with the email address you ordered with, and we’ll show you exactly where it is.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff leave our Switzerland facility the same day. Tracking is issued the moment the carrier scans the parcel, so if your order shipped in the last few hours the carrier may not have updated yet.
