We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are dispatched from our domestic facility with tracking provided once your package is on its way.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery usually arrives within 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

No. All Swiss-Tides products are sold strictly for laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human and non-veterinary use. We do not provide dosing, administration, or use guidelines of any kind. All Products are not for human or animal consumption.

Reconstitution procedures depend on the specific compound and the parameters of your research protocol. Standard practice in laboratory research is to use bacteriostatic water or sterile water as the diluent, but specific volumes and concentrations must be determined by the researcher based on the intended research application.

Swiss-Tides does not provide reconstitution recommendations. Qualified research personnel are expected to determine appropriate reconstitution procedures for their work.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through our payment processor. We also accept Bitcoin (BTC) for all transactions.

Card declines are most commonly caused by your issuing bank flagging the transaction, an address mismatch between billing details and what your bank has on file, or insufficient funds. We recommend:

1. Double-checking your billing address matches your card statement exactly.
2. Calling your bank to authorize the transaction.
3. Trying a different card or paying with Bitcoin.

Browse our catalog, add the items you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be asked to provide a shipping address and complete payment. Once payment clears, your order enters our fulfillment queue and is typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track orders, view order history, and check out faster on future purchases.

If USPS or another carrier loses your order in transit, we will reship the order free of charge once the loss has been confirmed by the carrier. Email support@swiss-tides.com with your order number and we'll start the carrier claim process. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All orders are considered final once payment has been processed and may not be cancelled or changed. Please verify that the items, quantities, and shipping details in your cart are correct before completing payment.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can enter this number on usps.com to follow your package. You can also view tracking information from your account dashboard.

We do not accept returns under any circumstance. If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email support@swiss-tides.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product labels. We may offer a one-time reshipment of affected items at our discretion. See our full Refund Policy for details.

All sales are final and we do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstance. If there is a verified issue with your order (damaged in transit or incorrect item received), we may, at our discretion, replace the affected items free of charge. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
