Refund policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Swiss-Tides Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with Swiss-Tides, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstance.

Should there be a verified issue with your order, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the affected items. We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstance.

You are responsible for verifying that the items, quantities, and shipping details in your cart are correct before completing payment. All orders are considered final and may not be cancelled once payment has been processed.

2. Permitted Use

Products are sold strictly for laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human and non-veterinary purposes. Replacement or reshipment is available only where the customer's intended use complies with this restriction and with our Terms and Conditions.

3. Product Appearance

Peptide products are lyophilized and may arrive in a range of physical presentations, including loose powder, shrunken or settled powder, fragmented cake, or a solid white deposit on the vial wall or base. These presentations are normal and do not indicate that the product is defective or contaminated.

If a Product arrives in any of these forms and the appearance does not match what you expected, this is not grounds for replacement or refund.

4. Shipments Lost by Carrier

If USPS or any other carrier loses your order in transit, we will reship the order free of charge once the loss has been confirmed by the carrier.

5. Returned-to-Sender Shipments

If your order is returned, redirected, or fails to arrive because the shipping address you provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we will not replace the order. You bear sole responsibility for any cost of placing a new order to the correct address.

If your parcel is held for collection at your local post office or carrier depot and is returned to sender because you did not collect it within the carrier's holding period, we will not replace or reship the order. You bear the full cost of placing a new order, including any shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Goods on Arrival

Every shipment is photographed, weighed, and sealed prior to dispatch.

If a parcel is visibly damaged in transit, or if you believe you have received the wrong item, you must:

  1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the product label(s).
  2. Email the images and a brief description of the issue to support@swiss-tides.com within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp.

After review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time reshipment of the affected item(s). No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may be denied at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback is a violation of the sale agreement.

We promptly submit full documentation to the processing bank to contest any such claim, including order confirmations, shipping records, dispatch photographs, weight and seal records, this Refund Policy, and our Terms and Conditions.

If you initiate an unwarranted chargeback, your account will be permanently and immediately banned, and we reserve the right to refuse any future orders associated with you, your shipping address, your payment instruments, or your IP address.

8. Post-Order Requests

Any cancellation, refund, or change request received after an order has been placed will be handled in accordance with the "All Sales Are Final" provision in Section 1.
