An independent Swiss lab, built on proof rather than promises
Swiss Tides compounds and supplies research-grade peptides from our own facility in Switzerland. The team behind it has been compounding research peptides since 2012, and the model has not changed in that time: every batch is analysed by an independent laboratory before it is listed, the certificate is published on the product page, and nothing ships until the numbers are in. More than 85,000 orders and 55 countries later, that is still the only way we know how to run a supplier that researchers can actually rely on.

Documentation you can check, not claims you have to trust
Sourcing research peptides usually means taking somebody’s word for it. A number on a label, a purity claim on a homepage, and no way to verify either until the material is already in your freezer. We built Swiss Tides because that is a bad way to run research.
So we do the opposite. Every batch is analysed by an independent laboratory before it goes on sale, and the certificate of analysis is published on the product page — batch number, purity figure, method. You read it before you order, not after. That is the whole model, and it is the reason researchers come back.
It also changes how we behave internally. When the certificate is public, there is no incentive to hide a marginal batch, stretch a result or quietly re-label old stock. The report either meets the standard or the batch does not go on sale. We have thrown away material that would have sold, because the alternative is asking you to trust a number we could not stand behind — and the moment a supplier starts doing that, the documentation stops meaning anything.
The same thinking runs through the rest of the business. Prices are shown in USD with no hidden conversion at checkout. Batch numbers and expiry dates are printed on the label, not buried in an email. If something goes wrong with a parcel, you talk to a person who can see the order. None of this is complicated; it is simply what a supplier owes the people doing the work.

A compounding team first, a storefront second
Swiss Tides did not start as a website. It started as a small compounding team in Switzerland preparing research peptides for laboratories that needed a reliable, documented source and could not find one. The early years were spent on the unglamorous parts — sourcing raw material to a written specification, learning which suppliers could actually hold a standard batch after batch, and building the testing routine that every vial now goes through.
The online store came later, when it became clear that researchers everywhere were facing the same problem: plenty of vendors, very little verifiable documentation, and no way to tell the difference until the material arrived. Opening Swiss Tides to the public meant taking the process we already trusted and putting it behind a catalogue anyone could order from.
The team has stayed deliberately small. The people who compound, check and batch-code the product are the same people who have been doing it since 2012, and that continuity is the reason the process is consistent. There is no outsourced production, no white-labelled stock from a third party, and no batch that leaves the facility without someone here having signed off on it.

Compounded in Switzerland, verified before it is listed
Our compounds are produced under controlled conditions in Switzerland, with documented protocols and a paper trail on every batch. Each one is HPLC tested for purity and LC-MS tested for identity, and screened for bacterial endotoxins — a step that costs money and slows a batch down, which is precisely why most suppliers skip it.
Raw material is checked before it enters the lab, not after. Every incoming lot has to match its specification and pass an identity check; anything that fails is rejected outright rather than blended down or used for a “budget” line. Once compounded, each batch is freeze-dried into a stable lyophilised powder and sealed in glass vials, then held until the independent report comes back. Only then is it released, labelled with its batch number and expiry, and listed for sale.
We would rather the analysis spoke for us than the marketing did. If a batch does not meet the standard, it does not get listed. There is no second tier and no quiet exception.

Same-day dispatch from Switzerland, tracked all the way
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day from our facility in Switzerland. Vials are packed temperature-consciously to protect the lyophilised material in transit, and the outer packaging is plain — nothing on the box or the label says what is inside.
A tracking number is issued the moment the carrier scans the parcel, and you can follow it from our Track Your Order page at any time. We ship to more than 55 countries, and the majority of parcels arrive within a few business days of dispatch depending on destination and customs clearance. Shipping is free on orders over $149, and orders over $199 include a complimentary vial of bacteriostatic water.
If a parcel is delayed, held or goes missing, you contact us with the order number and we deal with the carrier on your behalf. You should not have to chase a courier in another country to find out where your materials are — that is our job, and we would rather hear about a problem early than have you wait.

Checkout is fully encrypted end to end, and nothing on the outer packaging announces what is inside. Your order details stay yours — we do not sell or share customer data, and we only email you about your order unless you have asked to hear from us.
Answers from people who know
Ask about batch documentation, storage of lyophilised material or where a parcel has got to, and you get somebody who has handled the product — not a ticket number and a five-day wait. Support runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET, and replies within one business day.
What we will not do

A short list, kept deliberately
We will not list a batch without an independent report. Not while a result is “pending”, not on the strength of a previous batch, and not because stock is low. The certificate comes first.
We will not re-label somebody else’s stock. Everything in the catalogue is compounded in our own facility in Switzerland by our own team. If we cannot make it to the standard, we do not sell it.
We will not blur what our products are for. Swiss Tides supplies materials for laboratory research only. We do not make claims about effects, we do not give guidance on use, and we will not pretend otherwise to make a sale.
We will not hide behind a contact form. If an order is late, damaged or wrong, a person here deals with it. Our support hours, email address and company details are published, and they do not change.

Every batch we sell has its analysis published before you are asked for a cent. Open any product, find the batch number, and read the independent report. If the numbers are not there, or they do not meet the standard we describe on this page, do not order — that rule applies to us as much as it does to anyone else.
